Connect your own domain
On the Enterprise plan your page opens on your own domain, for example bio.yourname.com, instead of wbio.ir/you. This guide walks through it step by step.

What you need
- An active Enterprise plan (Account section in the panel)
- A domain you own — .ir from nic.ir, or any other extension from any registrar
- Access to that domain's DNS panel (where you edit records)
Steps
Pick the address
Use a subdomain: bio.yourname.com or link.yourname.com. A bare domain (yourname.com) only works if your DNS provider supports CNAME flattening or ALIAS records (Cloudflare does; many panels do not).
Connect it in the wbio panel
Open Dashboard → Domain, type the domain, choose which of your pages should open on it under "Page to show" and press Connect. The status becomes Waiting for DNS; that is expected.
Add the CNAME record at your DNS provider
In your domain's DNS panel create a new record:
bio- If an A or CNAME record with the same name already exists, delete it first; a CNAME cannot sit next to another record.
- Put just
bioin the name field, notbio.yourname.com, or the record lands on bio.yourname.com.yourname.com. - If your DNS is on Cloudflare, switch the record's orange cloud off (DNS only, grey cloud). With the proxy on, the certificate cannot be issued.
- .ir domains: records are created in the panel of whatever your nameservers point at (your host or DNS service), not on nic.ir itself.
Wait for it to activate
The status refreshes by itself while the Domain section is open. It usually takes 5 to 30 minutes, at worst 24 hours. The HTTPS certificate is issued automatically, nothing to install. When it says Active, you are done.
Done!
Your page opens on https://bio.yourname.com. The wbio.ir/you address keeps working too, and both count into the same analytics.
If something goes wrong
Still "Waiting for DNS" after an hour
Check with a tool like dnschecker.org that bio.yourname.com resolves to custom.wbio.ir. If not, re-check the record: wrong name, an old record with the same name, or changes not saved.
Certificate error / page does not open
On Cloudflare, set the record to DNS only. The certificate is issued a few minutes after DNS is right.
Status "Error" with a message
Cloudflare's message is shown under the status. Remove the domain, fix the record and connect again.
"That domain is already connected to another account"
A domain can be connected to one account only. If it is yours, remove it from the other account or message us.
I want a different page on the domain
Pick another page in the Domain section and press Connect again; DNS does not need to change.
My plan ended
Until you renew, the domain redirects to wbio.ir. The record and the connection stay, and it is active again once renewed.
I want to remove the domain
Press the bin icon in the Domain section. You can then delete the CNAME record too.
Notes
- Only the root of the domain (
/) shows your page; any other path redirects to wbio.ir. - One domain per account. Different pages on different domains need separate accounts.
- Connecting a domain costs nothing extra; it is part of the Enterprise plan.
